7TRP - Expanding our community
I'm sure that you have many questions with regard to being here. Well this should help explain the way things work.
1) All existing 7TRP members, as a reward for their service, will immediately be classed as at least an Elite Soldier of 7TRP, and can continue as the respected clan members they currently are.
2) As soon as you sign-up to the 7TRP forum, you will be classed as a recruit. We may, or may not know anything about you, hence the need for a ranking system. Just for signing up, you are now permitted to wear the 1TRP clan tag. This now shows your new allegiance.
3) As you continue to show your commitment, and be a valuable contributing member, you will move up the ranking scale. Upon attaining the rank of Trooper, you have proved yourself, and the 3TRP clan tag is now allowed to be worn.
4) The next step for you is Honorary Rupert, and the 5TRP clan tag is now allowed to be worn. This could be your final transition phase. Upon reaching a certain level within this rank, you will be eligible to apply for 7TRP selection. At this point, i refer you on to the Recruitment form.
This may seem like a lot of hard work, but the reason this clan has been so successful is because of the attitude of the members and that is what must continue. Existing members had to be the priority, and rewarded for making the clan what it is.
As for you new guys, well, we want you here which is why you can sign up. However, im sure you can appreciate the need to avoid 'fly-by-night' members that want everything, and give nothing. 7TRP is all about respect, and we want new members to understand this and realize that if you put the effort in and support the clan, you will get rewarded.
